By placing an order with Kivoya Ecclessiah Ministries International Store, you agree to the following:

1. All products are produced via print-on-demand and may take 5–15 business days to produce and ship.
2. Payment must be completed before orders are processed. For M-Pesa payments, orders are confirmed only after payment verification.
3. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled.
4. All ministry content, designs, and branding are the property of Kivoya Ecclessiah Ministries International.
5. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
6. For any disputes, contact us at jkivoya@gmail.com and we will resolve them in good faith.
