Refund policy

At Kivoya Ecclessiah Ministries International Store, we are committed to your satisfaction. 

Returns & Refunds:
- Physical products (apparel, posters, stickers) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective.
- To request a refund, email us at jkivoya@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon approval.
- Since our products are print-on-demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered. Please check size guides carefully before ordering.
- Digital products and ministry resources are non-refundable once downloaded.
